Information You Send Directly
Search boxes on this site send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the third-party provider that returns sponsored results. We do not save those searches on our own servers. If you send a message through a contact channel, we receive the details you include and use them to respond.
Automatic Website Data
Our hosting and analytics tools may record standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type, visited pages, timestamps, and approximate device information. We use that data to operate the site, review traffic in aggregate, and measure advertising where it applies.
How We Use the Data
The data described above helps keep the site available, diagnose errors, measure use, and improve pages. We do not sell visitor lists, and we do not build individual profiles from Little Rock records searches.
Outside Website Links
Little Rock People Search links to county portals, Arkansas state agencies, courts, libraries, archives, and sponsored search tools. Those websites set their own privacy practices. Information entered on the Pulaski County Clerk site, Search ARCourts, VoterView, Arkansas Vital Records, or a sponsored provider is governed by that service, not by this policy.
Who May Process Data
Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
Data Protection
The site uses an encrypted connection. Logs are kept only as long as needed for operations, analytics, security, and ordinary business purposes. Because the site has no user accounts, it does not hold visitor passwords or account profiles.
Visitors Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Choices
Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other action for personal data a website controls. Arkansas public-record access is governed separately by the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code Ann. 25-19-101 et seq. Because this site holds very little visitor data, most privacy requests are limited to contact messages and server logs. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas agencies, courts, or libraries are outside our control; removal or correction requests for those records must go to the custodian.
